1. Products and Services
GemTees offers ready-made and customizable T-shirts. Customers can upload their own artwork using our design tools or purchase ready-made products. All orders are produced and shipped upon confirmation.

2. Custom Designs

When you upload your own design, you retain full ownership. We do not claim any rights over your content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploads do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

3. Order Process and Payment

All orders are final once placed. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within the United States. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our items are made-to-order or customized, we generally do not offer returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at gemtees@gemtees.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review your request. Each case will be handled individually.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our site or services to:

Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property laws

Engage in fraudulent activity

Attempt to disrupt or compromise the website’s functionality

7. Intellectual Property

All non-customer designs, logos, graphics, and content on the site are the property of GemTees or licensed to us and may not be used or copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GemTees is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the new Terms.
